Upgraded Apple Juice

HAPPY NEW YEAR! First recipe of the new year :D Simple and detoxing. Perfect for post new years eve drinking recovery.
Makes one 1L serving.
4 medium Gala Apples (or any apple of your choice)
2 tbsp Chia Seeds (Health Benefits)
1 tbsp Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (Health Benefits)
2 cups Water
1-2 Cups Ice
Add all ingredients to your Vitamix. You may have to add the ice in after blending the other ingredients for a little bit to make space. Blend on high for 60 seconds. Pour and enjoy! :)
This is super smooth and still tastes just like apple juice. Chia seeds are great. They add fiber, omega-3 for brain health, protein, and helps fight belly fat among other benefits.
